今天只是帶明天要登玉山的隊員走走,做高度適應而已…
因為知道這樣太混,所以在稍微加碼做個50下伏地挺身…(分批),現在太胖了,竟然沒辦法一次做完😅
Today, I just bring the teammates to do adaptation because they will going to trekking Yushan tomorrow...
Because I knew it was too lazy for a real exercise, so I did 50 pushups... (in batches), now I am too fat, I can’t do it all at once 😅
Day1:登山健行,22公里,總升落差1029m〜
Day2:登山健行,約17公里。
Day3:登山健行,22公里。
Day4:抱石,完攀V0一條、V1四條、V2一條,雙人路線一條。
Day5:登山健行,3公里,伏地挺身50下。

Day3: Hiking 22km.
Day4: Bouldering, complete the route: one V0, four V1, one V2, and one double people route.
